A girl is visible through the Europe Gate, which is a light transmitting concrete statue made in 2004 to celebrate Hungary's European Union membership, exhibited in Komarom, west of Budapest May 10, 2005. The statue is made of LiTraCon, a new building material invented by Losonczi, which is a combination of optical fibres and fine concrete and can be produced as prefabricated building blocks and panels.
